photoshop new update won't open

Good day,

I just update to photoshop 22.4.1 and everytime i try to open, it will load the first window, but stuck in the infinite wheel, I am using a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) OP Big Sur 11.4, processor 

3.1 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i7, memory 16 GB 1867 MHz DDR3

tried to reset the preferences of Photoshop manually but I am not able to do it since the app crashes

 

NOTE: I downgraded to 22.3.1version and it works just fine

 

Please let me know what to do

Try logging into another account (you may need to make one), still crashing? 

Try starting up in Safe mode (hold down Shift Key when booting), still crashing? 

You might want to try running a free utility like Onyx: still crashing?
