Photoshop not compatible with nvidia GEForce MX350

This is the third time I'm writing to have a solution to my problem.

Can I get confirmation from the support that this NVIDIA GEFORCE MX350 card is not supported by Photoshop? It is the only way to go forward with HP support.

Here the old discussion on my issue:

Well, I'm glad, I think, I found you. I have the NVIDIA GEFORCE MX350 card in my laptop as well and have discovered what you have written here. Photoshop 2022 keeps crashing and not behaving as I have been used to for decades, with the prevous versions. I had worked with Adobe's tec support a few times and taken it in to the retailer a couple of times. All their updates did nothing, nada and this has been going on for a long time now.

Bottom line for me, if I want to stay with a laptop, is get a new laptop to use this product. Nothing can be done and I am totally bummed out that I did not see this coming. Now, the question is, are the users going to have to purchase a new laptop everytime Adobe upgrades their version of Photoshop? That's a bummer.

It took several months for me to firgure out or discover that it is the card that is the culprit and now both the currect version and previous version of Photoshop is "dead in the water"!

I am NOT happy at all and it has nothing to do with any money that might have to be spent. I can't uus any product.

Good luck everyone!

Hi Kit, welcome to the club of those who cannot use Photoshop.
I paid for 1 year and never used it, and emails keep coming for the next renewal ...
The HP technical support, at the end after a thousand phone calls, told me that the card is not compatible and I have to replace it without recommending a service point or buying a more powerful external one.
I have a new computer that has not been used since October that I am not using ...

@dario22803588yipy I thought that Preferences > Technology Previews... and checking "Disable Native Canvas" fixed the issue for you.

Hi guys, I have problems with new photoshop just installed.
I am an illustrator and I use it for work.
The problems are:
While I work, sometimes photoshop freezes the file I'm working on and in order to continue working on it I have to duplicate it.
When I use the optical pen it slows me down and makes me pixels on the file where I'm coloring or fragments the image (here I have the pics).
The computer is new:
HP pavillion all in one 27 "
11th Gen Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-11700T @ 1.40GHz 1.39 GHz processor, 1TB SSD, GeForce MX350
RAM installed 16.0 GB

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Windows 11 Home

new pen tablet Wacom intuos S

Phtoshop 23.1.1

I went back to work on the old photoshop and computer because this is impossible

Thank you Dario

First, let get back to a known default state in case there are any stale settings:

Restore your preferences using this manual method:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually
Does it work correctly?
If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
If it does solve the problem, I would like to get the folder of settings to try and figure out what is bad with them.

If that doesn't help, go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?
