Photoshop not load the user measurement presets file Photoshop does not recognize type of file

Today I am getting this error messsage when I try to open any photoshop file:

"Photoshop not load the user measurement presets file Photoshop does not recognize type of file".

I have tested it on loads of PS files which yesterday I could open fine. I recently updated to PS27.0 in c reative cloud. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop but getting the same message. Need help with this ASAP!

Please ignore this. Turns out my SSD wasnt plugged in. This is what was causing the issue.
