photoshop not opening

I have use photoshop for a long time .  I have a problem last few days. It doesnt open . when ıt open there are white and black light on the screen. Could you help me  ?

@rumeysa28951503mck3 go to Edit > Preferences > Technology Previews and enable this option, then restart Photoshop
