Photoshop not responding on initializing screen

EVERY time I open Photoshop the program starts the loading screen, then gets stuck on initializing. Image below for clarification.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, switched versions, restarted my computer multiple times, i had saved files on here and losing them would be a huge pain. All my other Adobe apps work smoothly.

i tried with the shortcut and manually, did not work

Same is happening with my PS. I've been on chat for two days now with Adobe and it feels like they are just doing busy work. Nothing resolved after 6 hours on chat. Does not feel they have a clue what they are doing but maybe I'm getting them work hours. (sorry to sound saracastic but..)
