photoshop not save (and other problems) on Dell xps27

Hi! I really need some help here since my Photoshop still doesn't work right after I trying to reinstall it. I have a new Dell XPS27, and it's recommended desktop for design students. That's the major reason for me to buy it at first place, and now I am not sure it's because of the computer or Photoshop itself is causing the problem.

Here's the problem for me:

1. When I do editing in photoshop from lightroom CC, the image automatically turned into grayish tone.

2. When I drag the image to the Ps starting editing, the image doesn't show up in the center while it's showing on the layer panel. But the center part is just black screen without anything.

3. This is a problem just popped out a couple days ago which is that the Photoshop started not saving, it's 0% saving showing at the bottom for the whole day. This cause me not able to do any work which is very frustrating.

Please!!! If anyone know what is going on?

Some Dell machine have display adapters and also have Intel HD graphics on the motherboard. Photoshop can fail to work properly on machine like that if they are not configured correctly for Photoshop. Please use Photoshop menu Help>System Info. Use its copy button and paste the info in here.

You most likely have two different GPU in you machine though PS system info shows one Intel GLGPU

However it shows you you gave two CLGPU one Intel the other AMD

I would think that your AMD Display adapter GPU can be used for OpenGL.

I know nothing about configuring a machine with AMD and Intel Graphics. You may be able to use Windows Device manager to configure windows not to use your machine Intel HD Graphics that is on your motherboard.

Hi Mark,

I don't fully understand all the technical words you used, but I actually did try to disable the Intel Graphics 530 on my computer. I just tried to "edit in Photoshop" in my Lightroom CC, the image turned into grayish tone again. Please see attached images regarding to the issues. I just tried saving the image again, and it doesn't save either, the process stop at 0% still. Do you might know other people may know what's going on here? I am relatively new here, so I am not familiar with the adobe community, do you by any chance know if Adobe would offer professionals to help me or should I reach out to Dell? Thanks in advance!

Hopefully someone with the required knowledger will see this thread and help you. Maye there is information on Dell site on how to install Photoshop on you model Dell.
