Photoshop not working

I applied for a free trial before purchasing Photoshop and received a confirmation email from you. I have already entered all my card information. However, as you can see in the file I captured and sent, Photoshop does not open, so I cannot use it. I also want to check my account and cancel the free trial, but an error message pops up and I can't do anything.
