I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Photoshop forum so that proper help can be offered.

I have a 64-bit operating system, I had to factory reset my pc because of some currupted interal files. But it is still giving me the same issues with photoshop and other Adobe apps. And was what version of photoshop, none. My pc was wiped clean and freshly updated.

Is Nancy right in that you are now using Windows 11?  Nancy's first link mentions lots of issues wityh Adobe apps with Win11

Are you using your own subscription, or is it a teams sub through college?

Is it a network issue, or are you installing directly?
