Photoshop Nudge Issue.

This started recently. The Nudge distance somehow changes depending on the zoom level you are on. After 100% zoom it goes back to 1px nudge, but before that it can nudge 2,3 or even 4 pixels with one arrow press. I have checked all of my photoshop settings and looked online but haven't been able to find something regarding this issue. Any help would be appreciated

It did.

As stated, this is how it has always worked and this is something I've always been aware of.

It's very useful, actually. If you need single pixel nudges, hit ctrl+1.

Has it really? Because just a few weeks ago it didn't use to do that.
