Photoshop on Windows Branco esta um bege

The color values you have should reflect white color.

What version of Photoshop & the operating system are you working on? Does this happen with a specific document? Do you use multiple monitors on your computer? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Check the color calibration in your windows settings, to begin with.

that is not normal, please post the contents of Edit>Color Settings in Photoshop.
