can you tel my why is photoshop options bar is different in cc2020?

how can i bring in back to nornal?

Looks like you have the "Enable Narrow Options Bar" option checked (see below). Uncheck it and restart Photoshop.

Looks like you have the "Enable Narrow Options Bar" option checked (see below). Uncheck it and restart Photoshop.
