Photoshop paragraph text box resize in properties not working in v21

Before it was possible resize paragraph box in properties tab without going inside text edit mode. Now it is gone (text distorts)! Very annoying when you work on multiple UI elements and need to change sizes many times on many elements. Is this a bug or new feature?

It works here with V21 on Windows 10. What OS are you using?

Apologies, I've just seen the difference between CC2019 and V21. Not sure whether this is intentional or not. It will be worth raising here, where the developers will see it:

This is the point i want to change just one dimension. And previous version of PS worked fine. But v21 distorts text inside.

Yes - I see it now, it is transforming the text rather than just the text box
