Photoshop path mask jagged

Hi, I'm having problems when creating masks with the pen tool. The lines are jagged and not smooth. 

I'm using a macbook pro 2019 and latest Photoshop 2024.

The images I'm using are high res Tiffs 300ppi.

My Photoshop setting are as follow:

Anti-alias guides and paths on

Exclude overlapping shapes

Auto add delete on

 

I isually add a bit of feather to my masks but they still not look good.

Any help would be much appreciated,

Clearly from your first two screenshots there is no anti-alias.

 

Can you describe the steps your doing to make the mask?

Thanks so much everyone. It's all sorted!

My anti-alias was on but only in the Graphics Processor settings and not in my paths selection dialogue box. 

Schoolboy mistake!

    At what view magnification were the screen shots taken?

    Hey Conrad, I was zooming in at around 100%.

    what color space are you working in? RGB? Greyscale? Bitmap?

      Hi @erwins47989706 when you go to the pen options at the top of your window, can you change your path options (color and thickness of the pen path)? If not, you may have a GPU issue.

        Hi Kevin, yes I can change the path options. These are my options currently.
