I followed the proposed method to the letter.
# Use WinTab
UseSystemStylus 0 and file name PSUserConfig,
un checking the "Use Windows Ink" box,
involves added a registry key > reg add HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pen /v LegacyPenInteractionModel /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f ,
uninstall window update, changing option to pen and touch, reinstall photoshop (cs6, cc 2015.5, cc2017, cc2018 all failed)
UseSystemStylus 0 <When I use it, I don't see a warning sign like a picture but pen pressure still not working .
There is even a straight line (drawing a straight line) like in the picture.
I don't know why doing this. Clearly, it is working. In the wrong direction.
please help me(sob

CS6 should not need the PSUserConfig.txt in your user Preferences your CC version do. You Also meed to be runninf Windows Wintab is a Windows Api. You seem to be on windows for in your post there a registru change I have never read about. You also wrote about Unchecking use Windows INK the should be done for your Wacom Photoshop Application preferences. Currently I have CS6, CC2014 and CC 2018 installed and a Wacom Intuos Pro small installed one Windows 10. Pen presure Works all the PS version I have installed,
Your screen capture shows little of your PS UI.

Oh, I forgot to write it down. I use XP-PEN Artist 16 pro tablet. not wacom... However, it works normally in other programs. I have now rolled back to CC 2015.5
I put it in the right way like a picture, it comes out in a straight line.
As shown in the picture, a alert sign is displayed again.

Other Application most likely use Windows INK api for Pen support. I do not know what that Windows Registry change you made does.
I do not know what api your XP-PEN Artist 16 pro tablet uses.
Try removing your registry mod and the PSUserConfig.txt file in your user ID CC 2018 preferences then test to see if pen pressure works in CC 2018. If it does your XP-PEN Artist 16 pro tablet is using Windows INK api which is CC 2018 default on windows.
