PHOTOSHOP - perpetual license - LOST

Hello, I have a problem with the Photoshop CS5 perpetual license. I had a motherboard failure, after replacing it, installing BIOS and Windows, the perpetual license for the program was lost. Information pops up that the program is already activated on two computers. On one, where it is active - I deactivated it, on the other computer it does not exist, because the motherboard is destroyed and I cannot deactivate it. Support is not able to help me and deactivate it from their level. When writing to virtual help, information pops up that I do not have a license (although in the products tab this license clearly exists and is registered). From the activation / deactivation tab it is also not possible to do it, because there are no activated programs there. I have a boxed, original, perpetual version. How can I fix this? Help!

Adobe does not reset activations. See this post from Adobe Staff for details about activating:
What version of Windows did you have before and what do you have now?

I tried Adobe's CC Cleaner but I still get the same problem...

If you had two activated installations, which is allowed, and you then deactivated one of them, you should be able to activate the one with the new motherboard.
Note that CS6 had silent activation. You didn't need to do anything. It would just activate in the background when you opened the program. Do you get any notifications up on screen?

I deactivated it on the second computer, removing all traces of privacy - on the new one (with a new motherboard) I still get an error that it has already been activated twice. I reinstalled it on the old computer and it was easy to give the license again. I'm afraid that the problem is in my computer, where the program sees that it is already installed on it. What other files are responsible for the Adobe license? I deleted all folders, cleaned them with a special program, used cc cleaner. NOTHING HELPED 😞

I think the problem may be in my computer, where I get an error about two activated licenses. I uninstalled from the old computer, deactivated it, and removed traces. It still won't activate on my computer - the same error pops up. However, on the old computer, reactivation went without the slightest problem. Maybe there's another program or a way to check/delete the data in the computer's registry that is responsible for activating Photoshop?

Something's not right here. You were never required to activate Photoshop CS6. It happened automatically! All you ever needed to do was launch the application, then it would activate in the background.
Deactivating, however, was a manual process that had to be initiated by the user (Help > Deactivate). Then you would get a confirmation, "deactivation successful, the application will now close", or something similar. If you didn't get that confirmation, it wasn't deactivated.

The motherboard burned out on the computer. It went in for repair. After replacing the motherboard, an error popped up saying that Photoshop could not be activated because it was already activated on two computers. There was no way to turn Photoshop back on and deactivate it because it physically no longer turned on.

Again, Adobe does not reset activations. The volunteers on this forum do not work for Adobe and cannot implement changes to their policies.
It's unclear if you have deactivated both licenses, as you have said both. Uninstalling and motherboard failure are not the same thing as deactivation.

1. I deactivated it on the first computer where it exists. This did not cause one free activation to appear on the second computer. It still says that it is activated on two computers. Reactivation on the first computer was possible.
2. On the second computer, where the motherboard was burnt, it was not possible to deactivate it (the program was previously also active on that computer), because after turning on the computer after replacing the motherboard, an error popped up saying that the license was already activated on two computers.
