Photoshop plante quand j'ouvre de Camera Raw

Bonjour,

Je me permets de poster car je n'ai malheureusement pu régler le problème via les diverses solutions proposées sur ce forum. J'explique mon problème : 

Lorsque, de Bridge, j'indique "ouvrir dans Camera Raw" puis ouvrir dans "Photoshop", le plus souvent -presque toujours- Photoshop se plante et je suis obligée de forcer l'arrêt.

Lorsque de Bridge, j'indique "ouvrir dans Photoshop", Camera Raw s'ouvre et je peux charger l'image dans Photoshop.

Lorsque de Bridge, j'indique "ouvrir dans Photoshop", Camera Raw s'ouvre et je peux charger l'image dans Photoshop. 

 De plus, Camera Raw , met un certain temps avant de charger l'image bien net.

Cela viendrait-il de mon PC ? ou le chemin Camera Raw - Photoshop est mal configuré ? Cela fonctionnait très bien avant les nouvelles mises à jour et surtout "la réduction du bruit" sous Camera Raw. Mais c'est peut être un hasard.

In the first step reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset-preferences

It's recommended to backup your settings before resetting the preferences.

Then check if it's working.

If this doesn't help try a reset of the Camera RAW preferences.

If this also doesn't help, provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

Bonjour

Merci beaucoup pour votre aide. J'ai réinitialiser les préférences de Photoshop et celui-ci s'est bloqué sur la page d'accueil.! Impossible d'y télécharger une photo. J'ai désinstaller et réinstaller sans les préférences, le problème était le même. J'ai dû remettre les préférences que j'avais sauvegardées. Photoshop fonctionne mais le problème demeure.

Je me permets donc de vous communiquer les informations système  comme vous me l'avez suggéré. Merci encore.

Which Camera Raw version do you've installed?

Do you've installed the Studio Version of your graphic device driver? If no goto Nvidia's website and search for the appropriate driver for your graphic card. Make sure that you download and install the Studio Version and not the Game Ready version.

What happened if you open a RAW file direct in Photoshop?

Which version of Adobe's Bridge do you have installed?

Bonjour,

Je n'ai pas trouvé comment réinitialiser les préférences Camera Raw. J'ai la dernière versiobn soit V17.4.1.

J'ai bien installé la version STUDIO de la carte graphique (j'ai essayé Game Ready mais ai restauré à Studio car il n'y avait aucun changement).

Ouvrir un fichier RAW dans Photoshop ne pose aucun problème. 

Adobe Bridge version 15.1.0 Je viens de le réinitialiser en décochant les scripts de démarrage. 

.Je constate que le problème n'est présent qu'avec mes dernières photos prises au Z8. Ce n'est peut être qu'un hasard...

Je viens de mettre à jour le firmware du Z8, fait des tests pour vérifier. Cela a l'air de fonctionner mais comme Photoshop ne se bloque que de façon aléatoire, je ne sais pas si le problème vient de photos "corrompues". Elles s'ouvrent tout de même mais via Ouverture avec Photoshop. Il faut que je change mes habitudes de travail.

Merci beaucoup de l'intérêt que vous portez à ma requête et je ne manquerai pas de vous tenir informé si le problème est définitivement résolu.

Toutes mes excuses. Oui, j'avais bien suivi vos recommandations lors de votre premier post et réinitialiser Camera Raw (je viens de le refaire). Merci encore pour le temps que vous avez passé à me répondre et vos précieux conseils qui me seront, j'en suis persuadée, bien utiles à l'avenir ! Je viens de faire de nouveaux tests et effectivement c'est encore les mêmes   fichiers images  qui posent toujours problème. A voir à l'avenir.

Hi, it's strange that you're only experiencing the behavior with a certain group of images, and that too, while going to Photoshop from Bridge and not when opening the images in Photoshop directly. Did you try resetting the Preferences of Bridge completely as suggested by AxelMatt? If not, please try that and let us know if it makes a difference. 

As a last resort, you can also try uninstalling the apps using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and then reinstalling them. You can check out the steps to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool here: https://adobe.ly/40vDcNG

Oui effectivement j'ai bien réinitialisé Bridge. Je viens de regarder l'utilisation de l'outil Creative Cloud Cleaner et ce sont des manoeuvres informatiques qui dépassent très  largement mes compétences . Je préfère m'abstenir de le faire par moi même et si les plantages de photoshop se poursuivent, je demanderai à un informaticien de le faire.

J'ai finalement apporté mon PC à un professionnel et lui ai expliqué mes problèmes et les solutions que vous m'avez apportées. 

Surprise : un virus très virulent ! Du coup gros nettoyage du PC et mise à jour vers Windows 11 ! Merci  pour vos réponses qui m'ont tout de même bien aidée à y voir plus clair.
