photoshop pressing keyboard shift the shift text appear to brush

So, if I use the brush, to paint, if  I want to paint a straight line, pressing keyboard shift, the shift text appear next to brush, how can I remove that text, it is 'disturbing' my workflow?

Found the culprit, pressing the Alt when using the wacom tablet and Ps(the text Alt show under cursor):

 

 

So, the problem was the tablet settings :

Wacom offers a simple way to do so by following these steps.
  1. With your Wacom device connected to the computer, open the Wacom Desktop Center.
  2. Select Pen Settings, this will open the Wacom Tablet Properties window.
  3. Click on the mapping tab and uncheck the box for “Use Windows Ink'
