Photoshop print setting: Could not be complete your request because the file could not be found

Hi everyone

Recently in my photoshop, when I try to print a page, I see this error that I attached.

I Uninstall with AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool an re-install and upgrade it to latest version but not working again.

I created a new user in WIN. works fine on this new account.

whats the problem? how can i fix that on my old account?

We're sorry for the trouble. Thanks for sharing the Are you opening these PSDs file directly in Photoshop? If yes, then you may try and reset the Photoshop preferences back t default and check if that helps.

Yes I open it directly in photoshop.

I did reset preferences, even I uninstall and re-install photoshop. I use other versions but problem not solved.

Try pressing the spacebar when you click on print. That will reset the print dialogue for your document.
