Photoshop problems

Hi, I cant open my Photoshop - these two windows allways comes up. Do you know where is the problem ?

Hi

Try holding down Alt+Ctrl+Shift as you start Photoshop (OPt+Cmd+Shift on Mac). The timing can be a little tricky, but if you get it right you will be prompted to deleted preferences. Do that and a new preference file will be built on start up.
