My settings are compatible according to photoshop and yet, I can no longer open a file without the program error window appearing, does anyone have a solution to this problem ?

@Buddhiraj5FCF As I see in the system info there is a Intel UHD GPU. I think this is the CPU internal GPU. Please try to deactivate this GPU in device manager in Windows and check.

More informations you'll find here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html

Facing the same issue. I did the steps as CoryShurbet mentioned and it worked.
However, once i close photoshop then same thing is repeated. Have to do the process again.
Need a permanent fix.

Hi @MystereLawlight12545

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Restore your preferences using this manual method:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
