When creating a new artboard in a Photoshop project (LAYER>NEW>ARTBOARD...), the second/third (and so on) artboard all look much darker than the initial board. No clear reason. White is set as the background color for the artboard, there are no extra layers that darken the canvas, and there is no clear opacity issue (either in the Layers window or the Properties tab).
Very hard to work when your whole canvas is darker and unable to see ture whites/brights. It may not be a bug, but the solution is not clear.
