Question

Photoshop .PSB saving/converting ISSUE

I am trying to make a large format print to send to VISTA PRINT.

The file is 72.24 x 120.24 inches in size.

The Photoshop .psb file is 3.1 GB in size.

I am trying to convert this to a PDF or a file format that Vista Print can upload. This is a large graphic file.

Everything I have tried has failed.  It simply seems Adobe can't handle the file.  Any suggestions on how I might get this to work? Any help greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Well, I have been using Adobe since the 90's and one thing is consistent ... I thought it was garbage then and continue to think it is garbage now.

My last solution was to do a QUICK JPG and that worked.  Why? Who knows.

All I could muster from my $300 something a year was a jpg.  Lovely.  Thanks, Adobe.  You continue to disappoint.
