Hi. The best way to do this is with Layer Masks. This tutorial may help you (https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/masking-layers.html)
To remove the cover ove the light fixture, the most effective way would then be to do a combination of selecting the parts of the fixture you can, and filling the layer mask with white in those areas (white reveals what's underneath, black blocks). Then, you can also view the mask as an overlay, and carefully paint out the rest with a white paintbrush (ON the Layer Mask, itself). This is the tricky part -

To view the layer mask as an overlay, hold down Shift and Command (or Control, if you're on Windows) at the same time, and click the layer mask. This will create a translucent overlay so you can see what's behind it. Zoom way in, and paint with white (or light gray for varying levels of translucency on the screen image - for behind the glass), over the lights.
When you want to see how it's going, just Shift/Cmd (Ctrl) click the mask again, to toggle the overlay on and off.

Hope this helps.

The glass lamp covers seem to distort what's behind it. Depending on how detailed you want to get, you might want to distort the part of the screen that can be seen through the lamps, and use, as Stephanie mentioned use a slight gray to make the screen or lamp translucent.  But then, if it's just for a real estate flier, it might not be worth the effort.
