Photoshop rectangel tool not showing up no matter what I do. How can I amend this?

Hi all,

I'm quite new to Photoshop so I'm mainly trying out a bunch of things and watching youtube tutorials while doing so.

My problem is that I can't add the rectangle tool to the toolbar. These are the things I tried:

1. Edit > Toolbar > Extra Tools and added Rectangle Tool and all the other shapes and pressed "Done" but nothing shows up in the toolbar (also tried closing Photoshop down and opening it again, still nothing)

2. Resetting the Toolbar - nothing

3. Hovering over the circular shape doesn't show anything more than how the circular shape is used and "Learn more" is popping up.

Any help I could get would be very much appreciated. I've attached a pic of how my current toolbar looks like.
