Photoshop Rendering VIdeo Error

Question

I've been trying to export my video from photoshop for the last several days now. I've looked up the phrase "Could not complete your request because of a program error" with my video and absolutely nothing comes up that is relative to what I need fixed or has worked. This message pops up as soon as I am click "Render." I've rendered my videos through photoshop several times and it has never had this issue until now. I desperately need to get this fixed.

EDIT: I needed to add that it only is not working for this video render. I have tried it with another project and it works just fine, it is only this project that is not working.

Sorry that you're getting an error message "could not complete your request because of a program error" while rendering a specific video file in Photoshop.

Which version of Photoshop are you using and on which OS? Where is this file located? Are you able to work with this file on a different computer or application?
