Photoshop reports Direct-x 11 but dxdiag reports direct-x 12

DxDiag reports feature level 12.1 and 12.0, photoshop reports 11.0, asks for 12.0

Why is it not sufficient? Was introduced in the latest version of photoshop.

Found out that Nvivia Card reports Direct-x 11 and the Intel card Direct-x 12.

Is there any workaround for this?

What photoshop features will be missing in this setup?
