Photoshop's Move Tool, Shapes And Properties Panel

So In photoshop whenever I have clicked on the shape tool and used any shape that's available to me it won't let me move any shape with the move tool and won't let me change the colors/strokes of any shape in the Properties Panel underneath Appearance. Also photoshop won't let me move any shape unless I hold down Ctrl + D otherwise it doesn't budge. so if anyone knows how to fix this please show me how to cause Im a visual learner so it would be extremely helpful please reply ASAP!

Your fregraound and background colours are both white, which might be why we can't see if the bounding box has any content or not.  It might be that you have Shapes set Path in the Options Bar.  Work Paths can't be moved with just the Move tool, which fits with what you are telling us.

If you still have an issue, show us another screenshot, but this time show us a still image with the Layers Panel showing.
