Photoshop save for web error

Please Help, 

I've been trying to save a GIF in photoshop 2020, I have macOS Catalina Version 10.15.3. 

It's only 3 layers but for some reason, I keep getting this error message. I've reduced the image size to 20% 

I've quit, uninstalled, updated, and opened from Adobe but I keep having this file. I tried making another quick gif with only two simple shapes but I keep getting the same error message.  I really need to get this done for a project as soon as possible.
