Photoshop Saving issue

When I save photoshop file in 2015 still it is showing 0%. How to save it or how to solve this issue? Thanks in advance.

What operating system are you using, have you tried resetting Photoshop preferences

And why CC 2015.5, Photoshop CC2015.5 is not available from the Creative Cloud any longer
