Photoshop Screen Error?

Hi Guys!
 
I have this issue that when i open photoshop it's just white lines and black screen. I already tried a Resolution change, PC restart and to reinstall the programm and nothing seems to work. Please, can anyone help me with this?? I added a screenshot as well.
