Photoshop Script Qn: Possible to access Transform Properties?

IDK if I am just blind looking the the photoshop script reference pdf, but is there a way to access the transform properties?

either as a readonly where we can get the value, or being able to alter said number.
Specifically the rotation property.

Please explain what exactly you mean.

Are you talking about a transformed Smart Object, evaluating an individual destructive transformation (triggered via Properties Panel or Free Transform or …), …?
