Photoshop - Selection Brush Tool bug

I REALLY need your help.

I have a Selection Brush Tool bug - When you paint over an existing layer with "Add" enabled it subtracts... I have made a screen recording here https://youtu.be/aaFKwjiX8d8

Can ANYONE please help me figure out what's wrong...

Correct answer Jeff Arola

First thing to try is a reset of the Selecton Brush Tool by right clicking on the Selecton Brush Tool icon in the tool options bar and clicking on Reset Tool.
