Photoshop settings changed after computer abruptly shut down

My computer shut down because the power went out, photoshop was open. When i turned the computer on and opened the program ALL the setting were back to Default. I managed to get the panels settings back by restoring the workspace i've saved months ago. But the actions, menu option keyboard shorcuts and all the other configurations are gone. Is there a way to bring all that back?? Please if you can help me i'd be really glad. Thanks in advance!

It sounds like the restore point failed so there were no changes were made. Try a different restore point. If you check show more restore points the list of restore points should increase.  Perhaps one of the other will worn and change your system to a good state.

It sounds like your Photoshop Preferences where reset or all your User Photoshop save APPDATA  was lost and was rebuilt when you started Photoshop after your power outage.  If you run Windows I think the best thing for you to do is to restore your system to a restore point  that was created prior the the power outage.  That will recover you lost preferences.  However if you had installed any new application After the restore point was created you will need to re-install them.   They will actually still be on your machine however they will not be registered because your registry was restored to the restore point in time.   You should not loose any files you created after the restore point was created.

Thank you so much for answering! I restored the system to a previous point but it says there wasn't any change. My settings in Photoshop didn't return. Anything else i could try?
