Hi HusseinEddeb,

Sorry that Photoshop is not working as expected as the Hand tool is getting stuck. Which version of Photoshop are you using?

Could you please reset the Hand tool and let us know if that helps the cause? Check out the steps below:

  • Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Mac OS) the Tool Preset Picker in the Tool options bar and choose Reset Tool to reset the active tool, or choose Reset All Tools to reset all tools to their factory default settings.

Did you try Shift + spacebar ? I had same problem and it worked for me on MacBook.

This is mad! But the Shift Spacebar worked for me -In Photoshop, using the Shift key along with the spacebar serves as a shortcut to temporarily activate the Hand Tool. So the opposite works as well.

When you hold down the spacebar, it typically allows you to pan around the image you're working on, and when you add the Shift key to it, it activates the Hand Tool directly, which you can then use to move around your canvas without having to switch tools manually. This shortcut is designed to offer quick and seamless navigation, especially when you're zoomed in on an image and need to move around to work on different areas. It's one of those little efficiency tricks that can really streamline your workflow once you get used to it!
