Photoshop suddenly started displaying small after a reboot

Hi, I use photoshop on windows 10. It had been working fine until last time I restarted my PC. I didn't close any programs (I had photoshop open) and just forced the restart.

After my pc restarted, I tried to open photoshop again, and first it showed an error message which i just ignored. Tried to open again photoshop and this time it opened but with a different and smaller look.

Here is a screenshot of how it displays now. As you can see, everything looks small and when I start working with a picture, it really bothers.

Already tried restarting my pc and troubleshooting the program but it didn't work.

Help please?
