Photoshop taking forever to launch

I am on version 25.6.0 of Photoshop and all of a sudden my Photoshop either doesn't open or takes sometimes 10 - 40 minutes to open.  I have an HP OMEN gaming computer so it isn't a computer resource issue.  I am running Windows 11.

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop and still have the same issues.  Once it actually opens it works fine but unsure why it is not opening immediately or sometimes not at all.

    @mariec17064586 Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

      Look at the splash screen where it's stalling. It's listing the sub-modules as they load.

       

      The first resort in cases like this is to reset preferences. Corrupt preferences can cause strange and unpredictable behavior. Preferences are prone to corruption because they are rewritten on every application exit. An irregular shutdown can easily corrupt them.
