For the last two days Photoshop has been taking 10m+ just to startup. As soon as it's booted up everything is fine. Additionally, all the other adobe apps don't have this problem and boots up in just seconds. My windows is fully updated along with cloud/photoshop. I've tried previous phtooshop versions, uninstalling and reinstalling, but still the same issue. It could be ram or something but then why would my other adobe apps be working perfectly fine?
