Photoshop Technical Problem

Dear authorized

I am using Adobe Photoshop CC 2018. When I want to open RAW files, my

photos open in the attached format. Therefore, I can not work with RAW files

I would like your support

Hi Bülent.  I am not entirely sure of what your issue is.  Are you saying that your RAW files will not open in ACR (Adobe Camera RAW)?

What camera were the RAW files taken with?

Open Photoshop, and go Help > About Plugin > Camera RAW

And see what version you have

What to you mean by open in the "attached format" ?  Nothing was attached to your post.

To add to Trevor's comments, and second guessing your issue , to open a camera raw file just use File - Open, do not use Open As - Photoshop Raw. Photoshop Raw is a different file format altogether and nothing to do with camera raw files.

I shoot all my photos in RAW format. I convert these photos into DNG format

with Adobe Lightroom Classic CC. All the files I try to open with Photoshop

are in DNG format. The problem I have mentioned is that I live in DNG

files. The samples are in the attached file.

could you type your question in your native language as we are having trouble understanding what you mean by 'Attached Format' . DNG files should open easily in Camera Raw even if the camera is not supported directly in ACR.

How are you trying to open your files? By double-clicking in Mac Finder or Windows File Explorer? By double-clicking in Adobe Bridge? By right-clicking in one of those places? Something else?

What exactly happens happens when your DNG files don't open in ACR?
