Question

Photoshop text, numbers and decimal wierd problem

Hi there,

Hopefully someone can help me out because for the first time I'm having a wierd problem when typing something that starts with a number and a decimal (exmpl.: 2. Bla bla). When I type like that I can only select the "Bla bla" part and edit it and not the "2." part. It's like PS is automatically making some sort of seperation between the number and text. Very annoying.

Can someone please tell me where to change to normal text typing/editing. I've looked everywhere with no progress.

Thank you in advance.

I've just tested it, and I didn't seem to have any problems.

Which (exact) version of Photoshop are you using?

It's a half-baked new feature! As it was added without documentation, it was initially assumed to be a bug.

If you can't sort out what's going on, consider setting the Photoshop preferences back to the factory defaults which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop Settings.

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, I've already reseted the preferences and it did not help.
