Hi

I don't export paths from PS to Illustrator, but I do copy and paste them quite often. With copy and paste, they come in with no fill and no stroke, so I immediately type "D" for the default appearance after pasting. If they are there, they will show up in the Layers panel. Try these:

  • Open the Layers panel and click the disclosure button to expand the layer
  • Type "D" to give the paths a default appearance
  • Try copy and paste if export fails

I do not install Illustrator but if I user export path to Illustrator  Photoshop saves out an .ai file and if I open the file in a text editor it reads like there is a path in the .ai file.
