Photoshop tool presets

Another probably dumb question for the new Photoshop 24.1.   The tool presets are different from previous versions.  I'm used to scrolling to enable zoom features but now scrolling moves the screen up or down and left or right....  I want to go back to zoom scroll...any ideas?
