Photoshop TOOLBAR SIZE

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how I can increase the size of the toolbar and tabs in Photoshop. I increased the IU in Preferences to 200% (max) and that helped a bit but not really enough.

ON windows 10 Photoshop scales its UI to how you have set each of your Display's Windows scaling so set Windows scaling to 200% one your High PPI resolution displays.
