Photoshop tools that use 'brushes' are leaving a streak after use.

Whenever I use a tool with a 'brush', (paintbrush, eraser, stamp tool etc) after I click and drag to draw, on release a 'trail' shoots from my cursor location to upper left off screen.

    Talked with Adobe and the rep I dealt with just rolled back my Photoshop to an earlier install. I asked when I would know when I could update to current and he couldn't tell me. It was a known issue though and apparently something they were working to correct. He rolled me back to built 21.0.3

    Was this with 21.1.1 the new version that got updated yesterday or 21.1? if the new patch is still buggy, roll back like the above poster said workered for me with the 21.1 update problems.
