Photoshop Touch Commands no longer working...

Community Beginner ,

I work using an HP Spectre x360 i7 (15.6 inch) and the Dell Active Stylus and have been using for almost a year now.  Both have worked beautifully and effectively with Photoshop.  However, a few weeks ago, the touch commands no longer seem to work.  The Stylus still works fine, and touch functions throughout the rest of the laptop are still working properly, but with Photoshop, the commands such as pinch zoom, rotate, and moving a photo no longer work.  I can still move the photo somewhat with two fingers, but only vertically or horizontally (not diagonally). Any idea what happened or how to restore these functions??  Working in Photoshop has become very frustrating without these commands.  Please help!

Solved it.  Not sure what happened with a recent update, either with Photoshop or my laptop, but uninstalling Photoshop and then re-installing did the trick.

I'm guessing this with Photoshop CC, and Windows 8.1 or 10?

Check that Enable Gestures is still checked in Preferences > Tools.

If OK, I'd be inclined to reset Preferences.

Yes sorry, Windows 10 and PhotoShop CC. Gestures are enabled, and resetting preferences changes nothing.
