Photoshop Update Causing Magnetic Lasso, Info Panel, and Camera Raw Issues

Question

Since the latest update I'm experiencing multiple issues. The magnetic lasso tool locks up the program, my Info window doesn't show up on the workspace, some images open with Camera Raw and on other occaions Camera Raw will not open. That's all I've discovered so far. Help?

Hey @BillFach,

This sounds frustrating and I want to try and help you figure this out but I need a few more details. Could you share your system info? You can find it by going to Help > System Info, then copying and pasting it into a text file to attach here. This will help us look into it further.

Please also share any recording or error messages you see if the issue.
