Photoshop Updated today and now my GUI is messed up

My Photoshop updated while I slept, and now my GUI looks like this and I can't seem to fix it. Any ideas out there on how I might fix it?

Try resetting your prefrences. Hold Shift+Alt+Cmd (Win) or Shift+Ctrl+Cmd+Opt (Mac) before the splash screen appears on startup. It will confirm if you want to reset your prefs.

What do you have for graphics cards and vRAM?

I couldn't get the keys to work but I tried doing a reset the preferences when the program closes, but that didn't seem to work.

For a graphics card I have a 2080 Ti and my vRAM is currently at 11049 MB.
