Photoshop version 24.5.0 locks Windows 10 PC

I'm hoping someone has an idea that can help. Ever since updating to version 24.5.0 Photoshop will randomly lock my entire PC. Typically the problem happens when I'm trying to draw a line or shade artwork using my Cintq 22. But it can also happen randomly when using tools or trying to navigate the workspace. During an "event" PS will first stop responding then the whole PC will "stop". I can't close anything or shut down normally. I can hear the hard drive trying to work but nothing happens.

I have several other  2D and 3D graphic arts programs on my PC ( including Illustrator) and they all work fine. The issue is ONLY with Photoshop.

The only way to get out of the situation is to do a hard reboot/shutdown of the PC.  I've updated all my drivers ( wacom & NVIDIA). I've tried clearing the Font Cache and resetting preferences.

I've attached my system info as a PDF. I tried attaching a crash log too but I got a "file not supported" warning.
