Photoshop Video layers only showing 1 or no frames

Hiya, I just opened up a cloud file that I have been working on for months. It's an animation for a series I am working on. I opened it and fr some reason, the video layers only show one frame or no frames at all when I scroll over it. It also has a weird icon on all of the video layers Shown below).

Please help. I quite frankly refuse to start this all over again either. This has taken me months and months to work on. My preferences are default (Excpt RAM usage which is high).
