Hi, I have some video timeline animation cycles that look fine when they play in photoshop 2024. When I rendered, I chose the option for one less frame than the animation. In Quicktime and in google drive, there's a pause before it loops again. How do I get it to play continuously as a mp4?
Thanks!

Hi there welcome to the Adobe community. So sorry that it took us so long to reply. Seems to me that people just didn't know how to answer your question. I'm assuming you probably figured it out by now. But QuickTime does have a looping option so it should loop fine in QuickTime without a pause. If there was a pause, it makes me think that maybe there is some dead space at the end of your video? So I wonder if the "set end of work area" icon was possibly in the wrong place?
I attached an image for you to see what I'm talking about. I hope this helps if not, you could always try to bring this video into Adobe Rush or Adobe Premiere to edit or another option is just to place it in the timeline 4-5 times so that you have a loop automatically.
Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Mark

Blimey Mark. Now that 'IS' a late reply. 🙂 I totally aggree that it was probably some black video at the end of the last frame. But can we make a video file loop outside of a web page. That's a trick I'd like to learn.

Ha! Yeah, nobody replied, so I figured I'd give it a go. I know if I posted something. I'd hope somebody would reply to me. I shared a view in looping a video outside of a webpage. With QuickTime there's a loop feature or as I mentioned you could just add numerous videos on your timeline so it loops. But it depends which media player that you're playing your video on many of them will have a looping option.
Hope that helps!
Cheers,
Mark
