Photoshop visual bug when magnifying

I'm getting this bug when dragging an image around or zooming in and out on a canvas. This is a very small image, with nothing else open on my computer, so I can't image it's a memory issue. Any ideas?

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

In preferences > performance > advanced settings, change the drawing mode to basic and restarting Photoshop to see if that helps
